Fit Identity

100 DAYS OF MORNING WORKOUTS

Identity

A person who trains daily

System

Morning workouts

Outcome

A fit and healthy body

You keep trying to “get in shape.”

You start a program.
You feel motivated for a while.
Then life gets busy, motivation drops, and the routine disappears.

You try again with a new plan.
A new diet.
A new workout schedule.

But the pattern repeats, because the problem isn’t knowledge. You already know you should move your body, eat better, and take care of yourself.

The real problem is identity.

You still see fitness as something you are trying to do, not something that defines who you are.

As long as that is the case, every day becomes a negotiation. You ask yourself whether you should train, and the answer depends on time, energy, or mood.

And every skipped day reinforces the same belief:

“This just isn’t who I am.”
